Colored Bodies

I discovered my love for painting women’s bodies—and using them to challenge the cultural norms around modesty I grew up with. I began celebrating real bodies in all their softness: wrinkles, folds, curves, and bloating, transforming them into art.

This was also when I began taking portrait commissions, and booked my first clients for an art business I later started called Sacred Portrayal. I’m deeply grateful to the women who trusted me with their stories and their bodies.
